When Apollo Aviation Management (now Carlyle Aviation Management) outgrew their premises and looked to move into a new office, Number 8 Studio was engaged to carry out the architectural and interior design of the proposed new premises, reconfiguring the space and specifying new fittings, finishes and furniture.

An aviation-themed space
A thorough survey of the vacant office identified features that we wished to retain and the new office was arranged to work with these while providing the working spaces required, all of which was guided by a design concept derived from aviation, flight and the linear nature of runways.
From furniture to finishes
As well as the design of the spatial configuration and construction details, Number 8 Studio selected all the materials and finishes, designed the colour scheme and selected the furniture, including the design of bespoke furniture pieces and unique wallpaper reflecting the client’s business.
