Family Farm Project Interior Design
What we did
As Dublin Zoo’s Family Farm project was nearing completion Number 8 Studio was engaged to design the exterior colour scheme of the buildings and to select the interior colours, furniture, flooring and light fittings for the Classroom. Dublin Zoo’s clear and recognizable brand identity, and the potential of the new buildings, inspired the new colours and interiors with particular focus on the experience of the children and families that the facility is intended for.

Selecting the finishes
Number 8 Studio’s understanding of buildings, skilful use of colour and attention to detail brings overall coherence to the design, from the exterior colours and finishes through to the design and furniture selection for the interior.
A fresh colour scheme
Following the success of the Family Farm, Number 8 Studio prepared design schemes for the interior of Society House in the Learning and Discovery Centre and the Lecture Room, where the colour scheme gave new life to the existing architecture.
